Meeting: 16 JUNE 2011

Salam and good evening everyone.

In this morning we had a meeting with IRDA committees. In the meeting, we had gave a presentations to the project of 'Community Complex'. Slide shows can be seen in the post in our blog. Minutes of the meeting today were:

      AGENDA
       1. Opening

       The meeting was started with a presentation from 'Community Complex' team and was presented by Mohd. Asyraf Mohd Said.

      2. Matters arising

 Our team has already come out with a program for the project. In this meeting, this team want to show to the IRDA committee about our project program. Asyraf Said is the presenter for the presentation today and we need the comment and suggestion from IRDA committee.

3. Comments 

 Mr. Abdul Rahman asking and make some corrections on the search for information from our diversity. such purpose, concepts, improve the existing complex societies such as area, both internal and external interests of the area.

      Mr Ariff also said the area has its own special, area analysis, budget required, the search for true-to site. Is that an area is to built a complex society to not or should build it?

      Mr. Saidan Sanib to comment a little on the retrieval of information from the Department of Community Unity. In this way we can get more data to the neighborhood, can focus on deeper area.
     

Ms Hafizah add reviews of the whole, the information about the flagship zone, in terms of access to electricity, water, roads and others.

4. Recommendations

Mr. Abdul Rahman also talked about the free space area (land) where we need to find out later. He recommended us to look the free space area based on the facilities, community area and etc. It is better if we go down to the field after targetting the free space land to make sure of the land. said the objective should be in line with the project. This is to keep abreast with the methods to be done. It should understand the objectives, the use of community halls for any purpose and should be in accordance with age.

Mr. Saidan Sanib suggested to us to find the information department of the unity of human societies that are appropriate to the settlement of the study of complex societies. The Department does not have suitable land, but they move us to provide suitable sites for them. Department of Unity we need to find a vacant site near the area well-populated.

      Ms. Hafizah suggest to us that given this project in a timely manner, the checklist should be made ​​to work smoothly. if we need to take the existing community halls, we need to upgrade, and we have to take my existing community halls as a reference and is suitable for upgraded or not. we need to look at and review the flagship zone

      Mr. Ariff ni tried worked on a project that will be used to give an idea to the next generation and let this work is different than before and more creative.

      For the data or information which is not in IRDA, we need to find in any city council or any other department-related departments.

5. Final Results
   

     So far, the presentation is less smooth and for the next step, we need to get all information as planned in this Gantt chart. Now any can be seen in blogs and IRDA committee can also view and comment in the blog itself.

      6.   Other Matters

      As always, if we need help we should contact Mr. Saidan Sanib early. We can follow Ms. Hafizah the GIS Department to obtain the information.

     7.    Next meeting

     We decided to meet once a week for a discussion on the project.
