Progress Meeting: 1 July 2011

Good evening everyone.

In this morning we had a meeting with IRDA committees. In the meeting, we had discussed the progress for the Foreign Worker Enclave and Community Complex project. Minutes of the meeting today were:

   AGENDA       

    1. Opening

       The meeting was started by discussion on the Foreign worker Enclave with Chong Khen Wei and follow by Community Complex with Mohd. Asyraf Mohd Said.

    2. Matters arising

 In this meeting, we had mention and discuss the progress for both of the project.We had also identify the issues that raise in the progress of the project and they to solve the problem. 

  3. Comments & Recommendations

Mr. Abdul Rahman had been advised us to start our report writing for both of the projects. Had been show us the way for report writting and the contents should include.

    4.   Other Matters
    
    As usual, if we need help or advices we should contact Mr. Saidan Sanib early.

    5.    Next meeting

     We decided to meet at the last 2 weeks for the time period of the project to present the 1st draft of our report.

Lecturer visit

Yesterday, Chong's and my lecturer from UTM came to visit us in Geosense Sdn. Bhd. 

The purpose of their visit is to make sure that we work in this company.

He came at about 2.30 pm with Mr. Nizam from our faculty. 

First of all he met our supervisor and talk. I don't really know what they are talking about but i guess they might talk about how we work here. =)

After then, he came to us to talk a little bit about what we were doing now in the company. We explain to him about our recent project from IRDA to give him a rough picture of our project planning.
